A little about my background: Raised in Rochester, Illinois. Hometown girl. Spent 30 years taking care of people as a Registered Nurse – many of those at my alma mater, St. John’s Hospital. Twelve of those 30 years were spent caring for the children, families and staff of Rochester School District.
When working with me, people can expect: That I will be honest. I will respect them and treat all parties fairly, including other brokers and affiliates associated with the transaction.
Not many people know this about me: I used to work for the Regional Organ Bank of Illinois. As a member of the eye team, I “harvested” eyes from deceased patients who had designated themselves to be organ donors.
My family includes: Married to Courtney and together we have a 4-year-old daughter Isabelle, a son Grayson born in December 2018, a golden retriever named Ralphie, and a cat named Tinkerbell.
The skills/personality traits that make me a great Realtor: I can’t say that any one trait makes a great Realtor, but in my experience, the passion that I bring to each transaction sets me apart from the rest. The end result should always be a newly formed friendship, or a strengthened bond for past clients, family and friends.

My family includes: Kenneth, Stephen and Ella Franklin. Plus, a dog, cats, chickens, a mini horse and a donkey.

When I was a teenager, my favorite band/musician was: REO Speedwagon.
My family includes: I’ve been married to a wonderful man for almost 42 years, got married as a child! I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren currently, always hoping for more.
I decided to get into real estate because: A guy I worked with in Human Resources told me he thought I’d make a great Realtor, so I checked into it and decided to give it a try. My first year I only made $5,000, and my husband asked me what I was doing all the time! It was much harder getting started than I was told. But now I’ve been selling for almost 21 years!
Something that always makes me laugh: My grandkids. I wish I’d written all the statements they make down in a journal to publish later because they just say what they honestly think!
A little about my background: I was born and raised in Springfield. My professional career includes 25 years of executive and financial leadership in healthcare, technology consulting and education.

Not many people know this about me: I have secretly wanted to be a guitar player in a rock band.
If I had more hours in a day, I would: Spend it with my granddaughter.
The best parts of my job are: I enjoy meeting people, knowing that I have the ability to make a very stressful situation (e.g. buying, selling, moving) go smoothly, with little or no stress for the client.
My family includes: My husband Douglas Meyer, 3 daughters and 11 grandchildren, no pets.
Not many people know this about me: I like to hunt morels in the spring.
When I was a teenager, my favorite band/musician was: Fleetwood Mac & Stevie Nicks.
My family includes: My high school sweetheart-turned husband Cody, our cat Jester, and our dog Charley.
The best part of my job is: All of the different people I get to work with and talk to on a daily basis. My job never gets old.
